When you submit a donation through My Living Archive, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email, phone (if provided), neighborhood, the media type and quantity you're offering, and your delivery preferences (including a pickup address, if you request pickup). We also keep a record of your submission in our internal database and log it to a private Google Sheet that only the archive team can see.

• To confirm and coordinate your donation — reaching out about drop-off details or scheduling a pickup window.
• To send you a thank-you confirmation and any follow-up about the journey of your media.
• To communicate with you about future donation opportunities (only if you opt in).

My Living Archive is a for-profit preservation project, but we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties. Your contact details are used solely to complete your donation and keep you informed about it.

To protect your privacy, we do not publish our physical address in the interface — collections are matched with the right South Park drop-off point or pickup arrangement after you submit. Any delivery address you share is used only for that donation's logistics and then stored securely.

Automated donation confirmations are sent through our connected email account. You can reply to any message to reach a person on the archive team. If you no longer wish to receive follow-up emails, just let us know and we'll stop.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing mylivingarch@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
